3M™ Tegaderm™ Transparent Film Dressing

3M Tegaderm Film sterile transparent wound dressing has a skin-friendly latex-free adhesive layer and is very comfortable for the patient. This product is widely used for the treatment of abrasions and post-operative wounds, first-degree burns, and pressure sores (or the prevention thereof). It is also used for securing IVs, catheters, and drains, and as a secondary wound dressing.

Tegaderm Film maintains a moist wound environment, which has a beneficial effect on the natural healing process. Thanks to its transparency, the healing process can be closely monitored while it remains impermeable to microorganisms.

3M Tegaderm can stay on the wound for several days.
Showering is still possible.
