The Ambu Neuroline Concentric needle electrode is used during electromyography (EMG) procedures to record electrical activity in muscles. Thanks to its concentric design with a silver sensor, the electrode provides a stable impedance level and reliable signal recording during the examination.
The needle tip is designed with a small bevel angle to reduce penetration force. Combined with the silicone coating, friction during insertion and repositioning of the needle is reduced. This contributes to smooth insertion and controlled positioning within the muscle tissue.
The cannula is made of stainless steel and offers a balanced combination of strength and flexibility. The ribbed and slightly contoured hub ensures a secure grip and precise control during use. A tactile index mark on the hub allows easy identification of the needle tip (bevel) position.
The Ambu Neuroline Concentric needle electrode is used in combination with an Ambu Neuroline Concentric cable.
